The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, is a large, very prominent art institution in the American gallery scene, is the fifth largest museum in the United States and is among the 50 most visited in the world, with nearly 1 million people entering its doors each year. It houses more than 450,000 works of art, including ancient Egyptian, Japanese, and Chinese art; as well as American and European art, specifically an important collection of the Impressionist Paul Cézanne.
